- 3-5 years programming experience in Java/J2EE
- 3-5 years experience in web/GUI development ( Must Have Skills)
- Strong object-oriented programming and design skills
- Sound knowledge of user interface design and experience in implementation
- Excellent eye for design and understanding of user experience
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new tasks
- Knowledge of JSF or other UI development frameworks (Swing/AWT, Struts) would be a plus
- Knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, CSS would be a plus
- Knowledge of application servers WebLogic and WebSphere would be a plus
